In the workplace Kate fits in immediately and helps us understand what we're doing and why, reminding us from time to time just how far we've come.
As a mentor Kate inspires confidence, not only with kindness but providing factual evidence and observations, to challenge and support me to think differently, and take a chance to be the best I can be.
Kate has opened up my mind as to what culture really means and how we can influence it everyday to guide and drive positive behaviours in ourselves and those around us.
Working with Kate and her team has been truly transformational for our organisation. We started with a Leadership Programme, but Kates flexibility and willingness to adapt to our needs has been amazing.

Kate has been incredibly skilled in quickly absorbing the changing culture of our organisation to produce a series of team building and planning programmes of work that have both stimulated and challenged a range of staff ranging from multidisciplinary practitioner teams out in the field to senior leaders in our Care Directorate.
Kate’s strength has been to work alongside us to coproduce and develop a customised programme of training and has an incredibly intuitive ability to respond to individual needs and dynamics of the group, even whilst delivering – and can adapt the session depending on the mood in the room, people’s changing needs and the contextual landscape at any given time.
The feedback we have received from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, providing a firm foundation for ongoing team development as well as individual learning.

Kate has worked to support our team development and leadership practices at different levels across the organisation. She takes great care and attention in understanding the context and has helped shape and refine the objectives to ensure clarity and engagement .
She is able to respond to the need to flex and change tack in a session to allow objectives to be achieved by bringing her considerable knowledge of leadership theory and practice to plan well designed session plans that use creative activities and exercises to get the best out of discussions.
